Where is my order?

If your tracking number says the item is delivered but you do not have it the best thing is to contact your local postal carrier.  

What if I change my mind?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us using the form to the right.
 
If you change your mind about a product that has already shipped but not delivered, you may refuse the delivery by not opening the package and writing RTS on it and giving it back to the Postal Service.  Original shipping will not be refunded in cases of buyers remorse.
What if item is damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the product and packaging and contact us using the form to the right. We will email you back requesting the photos in order to file an insurance claim. We may request the item returned at our expense or we may issue a refund for the item.

What if I have a question?

 

If you have a question about a product, you can contact us using the contact form on this page. We usually respond to questions within 2 hours.
Do products contain Latex?

Yes all of our products contain latex. If you are allergic please be aware of this. 

How fast will I get my item?

We ship most orders placed the next day. Monday through Friday.  We usually ship Saturdays. 

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Average delivery is 3-4 days.  

Keep in mind USPS does occasionally misdirects packages which is out of our control.  

Where are orders shipped from?

All of our products are shipped from a warehouse in South Carolina.  We do NOT drop ship and we do not ship from overseas.
